This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) governs the Website(s) for purposes of our Betway Partners Affiliates Program (including but not limited to: and other Websites that link to this Privacy Notice (the “Websites”), and the mobile, tablet and any other Betway Affiliates mobile apps (referred to as the “Betway Partners Apps”). For more information about how Betway collects, uses, and shares information of its customers and users, please visit

This Privacy Notice does not apply to data we receive from third parties, unless we combine such data with other information that we have ourselves collected under this Notice. We may collect this Personal Data through various forms and in various places on the Services, including through “contact us” forms, when you register for an account with the Services, on document upload pages, or if you request to receive communications from us. In addition, Personal data once “De-identified” (i.e., the removal or modification of the personally identifiable elements, or the extraction non-personally identifiable elements including through anonymisation, pseudonymisation and/or hashing) is not considered Personal data and may be used and shared by us or other third parties without obligation to you, except as prohibited by applicable law.

(b) Information We Collect and Store as you Access and Use the Services

In addition to any Personal data or other information that you choose to submit to us via our Services, we and our third-party service providers may use a variety of technologies that automatically (or passively) collect and store certain information whenever you visit or interact with the Services (“Usage Information”). When you interact with our Services, we may store or access your Usage Information using a variety of technologies that may be downloaded to your personal computer, browser, laptop, tablet, mobile phone or other device (a “Device”).. Usage Information may be de-identified or may be associated with you. Whenever we associate Usage Information with your Personal data, we will treat it as Personal data. This Usage Information may include:
  • your IP address, UDID or other unique identifier (“Device Identifier”). A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device used to access the Services, and our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier;
  • your Device functionality (including browser, operating system, hardware, mobile network information);
  • the URL that referred you to our Services;
  • the areas within our Services that you visit and your activities there, including remembering you and your preferences;
  • your Device location;
  • your Device characteristics; and
  • certain other Device data, including the date and time of day of your visit, among other information.
We may use various methods and technologies to collect and store your Usage Information (“Tracking Technologies”). Tracking Technologies may set, change, alter or modify settings or configurations on your Device. A few of the Tracking Technologies include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Cookies. A cookie is a data file placed on a Device when it is used to visit our Services. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your Device until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Services.
  • Web Beacons. Small graphic images or other web programming code called web beacons (also known as “1x1 GIFs” or “clear GIFs”) may be included in our Services’ pages and messages. Web beacons may be invisible to you, but any electronic image or other web programming code inserted into a page or e-mail can act as a web beacon. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count visitors to the Services, to monitor how users navigate the Services, to count how many e-mails that were sent were actually opened or to count how many particular articles or links were actually viewed.
  • Embedded Scripts. An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with our Services, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your Device from our web server or a third-party service provider and is only active whilst you are connected to our Services and is deactivated or deleted thereafter.
  • Browser Fingerprinting. Collection and analysis of information from your Device, such as, without limitation, your operating system, plug-ins, system fonts and other data, for purposes of identification.
  • Analytics Technologies. Technologies, including application of statistical probability to data sets, which attempt to recognise or make assumptions about users and devices (e.g., that a user of multiple devices is the same user).
  • Location-identifying Technologies. Global Positioning Systems (”GPS”) software, geo-filtering and other location-aware technologies locate (sometimes precisely) you, or make assumptions about your location, for purposes such as verifying your location and delivering or restricting content based on your location. If you have enabled GPS or use other location-based features on our Service, your Device location may be tracked.

We may use Cookies or other Tracking Technologies for a variety of purposes, including:

  • Strictly Necessary. To allow you to use and access our Services, including cookies required to prevent fraudulent activity, improve security or allow you to make use of Services functionality.
  • Performance Related. To assess the performance of the Services, including as part of our analytic practices or otherwise to improve the content, products or services offered through our Services.
  • Functionality Related. To offer you enhanced functionality when accessing our Services, including identifying you when you visit our Services or keeping track of our specified preferences, including in terms of the presentation of content on our Services.

There may be other Tracking Technologies now and later devised and used by us in connection with the Services. Further, third parties may use Tracking Technologies in connection with our Services, which may include the collection of information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services. We may not control those Tracking Technologies and we are not responsible for them.

(c) Information Third Parties Provide About You

We may supplement the information we collect directly from you on our Services with outside records from third parties for various purposes, including to enhance our ability to serve you and to offer you opportunities that may be of interest to you. To the extent we combine information we receive from those sources with your Personal data we collect on the Services, it will be treated as Personal data and we will apply this Privacy Notice to such combined information, unless we have disclosed otherwise. In no other circumstances do our statements under this Privacy Notice apply to information we receive about you from third parties.

(d) Interactions with Third-Party Services

The Services may include functionality that allows certain kinds of interactions between our Services and your account on a third-party website, application or other service. The use of this functionality may involve the third-party operator providing certain information, including Personal data, to us. For example, we may provide third-party sites’ interfaces or links on the Services to facilitate your sending a communication from the Services.
